**What do you like best about Motivii?**

Motivii is a tool that provides a smart way to ensure the efficient working of teams. It helps to connect the people to enhance the productivity of your company and to elaborate your business. It gives weekly updates of performances so that they can be evaluated and modified according to the needs. The employees can have conversation to get their point through by various features like notes and comments section. This helps the managers to keep a track on the development of the teams and their work. It keeps the tasks organized and prioritize the activities to be done immediately which helps achieve stronger long term goals. This also helps to save a lot of time. The software is very easy to use. It has rich scanning and analytics. It provides anonymous features to help employees express their feelings and to pinpoint the lacking that they think exist which provides a better tool to fix the shortcomings. This provides an overall great work environment. It greatly influences to get better in personal development. Interface is very user friendly. It provides great communication among teams, gives weekly insights, helps to achieve the objectives, provides smart reviews and a 360 feedback which greatly enhances the productivity.

**What do you dislike about Motivii?**

Nothing to add here so far in motivii software.

**What problems is Motivii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivii is a great tool which improves the communication among teams and allows the managers to take better care of their teams. It gives a complete insight about the priorities, challenges, objectives, updates and reviews of everyone which builds an interconnected system and ensures a friendly environment to work.

**What do you like best about Motivii?**

Keeping track of what matters to me over time, also keeping track of what turned out to not be so important.

**What do you dislike about Motivii?**

Some weeks, there wasn't much to report. Also, the scoring sometimes seemed arbitrary--like someone wanted to quantify things that weren't quantifiable. or that weren't changing enough to make a difference.

**Recommendations to others considering Motivii:**

This tool isn't for everyone or every employee. We used it weekly, which I suppose makes sense from the sake of consistency. But all of us found it a bit intrusive, from time to time--just another thing to do on Friday afternoon.

Also, when we launched, there was an emphasis on naming three good things and three bad things, which often didn't apply to most of us. Also,  I often found that nothing had really changed week to week. I was still working on the same projects. So, I'm not sure there was a lot of "exciting" data.

It's a "big picture" tool. Useful for understanding the climate. But, as an HR manager, I'd be reluctant to use Motivii data below the division level--at least 20 people. Otherwise, it's too granular.

But again, it is useful for individuals to be able to track their own experiences. And perhaps it's OK for an HR manager to consider changes in a small team's data over time.

**What problems is Motivii solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of priorities, remembering what's important. And frankly, we were using it with the idea of recommending (or not) to our clients looking for tools to foster employee engagement.
