**What do you like best about Mortgage+Care?**

I like that it is simple, basic, and flexible.  It's open to what you need rather than 
trying to run your business in a way you don't necessarily need.

**What do you dislike about Mortgage+Care?**

There is nothing I currently dislike about Mortcare.

**Recommendations to others considering Mortgage+Care:**

I think this is a great option if your looking for a servicing and doc add on, mainly for private money.

**What problems is Mortgage+Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mortcare has helped keep our servicing task basic and simple so we can focus on other parts 
of the business like originating and marketing.
