I have a large team with many members, and this tool works perfectly for managing everyone's tasks. It makes it easy to see who is working on what and how far along they are, so managing progress is much more straightforward.

It also integrates seamlessly with Gmail and Google Calendar, which makes scheduling extremely efficient. I can turn incoming emails directly into tasks and assign them to team members — this saves us a lot of time in managing daily operations.

The built-in chat feature is another big plus. It allows us to communicate with the team and start video meetings anytime, effortlessly.

What I dislike is that sometimes it changes the dates and gives the impression that some messages are sent and received by the recipient but then do not appear when we search for them, especially when it comes to photos, particularly considering that it is used frequently day to day.
