**What do you like best about MooSuite?**

It’s simple to create and edit bot in Moosuite. I used the template to get started and in less than 10 minutes my bot was ready.

**What do you dislike about MooSuite?**

I believe the menu can be more better and friendly. It feels like some old school. Please try to work out this.

**What problems is MooSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moosuite is really helpful in managing my omni channel marketing, since I am a part time freelancer, I have a full time job to take care, and Moosuite is my full time assistant.
