There are two areas where I’d love to see improvement. Some of the “Create” or “Create New” buttons are placed in odd spots — sometimes way at the bottom of a long page or tucked up in a corner where you wouldn’t expect them. It breaks the flow a bit when you’re trying to work quickly. This platform is very easy to navigate, like all new things I had to 'learn' how to get to where I wanted to get to which I always struggle with as I am not the most teckie person on the planet. I only use it for basic bulk emailing, & no selling etc so was very nervous in the beginning. But the customer support was there throughout & helped immensley, even though a lot of what they wrote looked like another language! so therefore if little 'ol me can do it anyone can- Highly recommend Moosend for people like me. This platform is very strong for email marketing and automation but it's not that much helpful for companies when they want to go full on advanced for all in one CRM even sales pipeline management or complex Omni channel customer engagement this platform mainly focus on email marketing and automation landing page forms and other related campaigning tools software another big limitation is there advanced need searches transactional emails account manager support and enterprise level recruitment all these are mostly hidden under larger plants show their feature ecosystem should be polished and expanded. 1) Immediate chat with a human being

2) All the features I needed they had and helped me migrate to them

3) Response time of the site was good. I send a campaign or import members and immediately I get a confirmation of their completion

4) Price was less than the other provider and provided more features
