What do you like best about Monetate?

Use to love the ability to make quick changes to our site in a very easy manner. I also love the fact that we can A/B test through-out the entire thing, and just the UI if this all makes it really easy and super intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Monetate?

Their Customer service is terrible. After their split with KIBO we had a hard time nailing down our own customer success manager. At first we had an international person that oversaw the account then it switched to a person in the US but even then they were not attentive with us overall. Dynamic control of feature, with any code release flag-based changes can be enabled with minimum intervention. Neither dev has to push code nor does the devops team need to clear any type of caches. Also, it can control feature rollout percentage for end users. It also acts as middleware between the backend system and frontend UI in terms of data provider.
