I like how the price is also good. **What do you dislike about Modiverse?** The only reason I gave this a 9 out of 10 is that they never host webinars or live session trainings as compared to the other softwares available in the market. **What problems is Modiverse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Modiverse is helping me stay connected to all the important devices conveniently. It's benefiting me in a great way and I have to give kudos to the team for building this one keeping in mind the meeds of their users like me. ### 2. I especially need this software to install on my intern cell phones so that I may keep track of usage. I like that this software is easy to download and manage. I had an intern either take or misplace a device last summer that I was not able to recover. This made me realize that I need to better manage devices and have tracking software installed on them. **What do you dislike about Modiverse?** It is not a US-based company, so the time difference and business hours are an issue. It has been a bit of an issue with trying to get a steady flow of communication to access, test, and purchase this software. **What problems is Modiverse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a portal that I can log into and see my assets would be great for me. I have so many devices that I currently utilize for my business that it is hard to keep track of. iCloud and Find My iPhone is excellent but I need software that is more impactful and allows me to manage what can be installed on the device as well as track it if it becomes lost or stolen. I want to also ensure that unnecessary apps are not installed on devices that are intended to be used for work only. ### 3. Modiverse is a bit cheaper than its competitors. **What do you dislike about Modiverse?** Its quite difficult to communicate with the support team or any technical team because of the time difference in business hours. So communication is one major thing that i had an issue with. **What problems is Modiverse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having to use soo many devices for work basis and in general, its difficult to access or keep track of.
