I love how we can easily import products from Shopify or BigCommerce. Plus, Modalyst handles customer returns which saves us the headache and hassle of processing the returns in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If someone files a PayPal claim, the customer automatically wins the claim even if the item was delivered. Since Modalyst uses PayPal, the customer's address appears blank on PayPal's end and visible on Modalyst's platform. PayPal will always side with the buyer due to the "lack of address." Also, I am not fond of the 5% transaction fee or the monthly options. There are three plans ranging from $0 for the Hobby Plan (product limit of 25), $35 for the Start-Up Plan (product limit of 250), and $90 for the Pro Plan (infinite products). I like that I can use Modalyst seamlessly with my Wix subscription. I like that it natively connects to Alibaba and AliExpress. I like the ease with which I can look up products to dropship. I'm not sure if it's something that Modalyst can change, but I wish that some product offerings advertised all of their variations. You can't drop ship a product with multiple variations when you can only choose one to sell. That would be false advertising to your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
