Mobly is a B2B event technology platform built to help go-to-market teams actually get value out of in-person events. Events create some of the most meaningful moments in the buyer journey, but the data that comes out of them is often messy, delayed, or incomplete. **What do you like best about Mobly?**

It’s so easy to use: I can snap a photo of a conference attendee and not have to stress about looking up their details or typing everything in while I’m trying to keep a conversation going on the expo floor.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

I haven’t come across any issues so far. Everything has worked great across the 10+ conferences where I’ve used it. The only improvement I’d like is with exports: when my marketing team sends the export over for any additional notes, it would be helpful if it clearly showed who took the lead when several of us were using Mobly at a conference expo.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us capture leads quickly and without missing information, even when we’re experiencing a high volume of foot traffic at our booth. We don’t have to slow down the process to type in names, agency, email, and so on. Instead, we can focus on marking leads as hot or cold, add notes by voice or text, take a picture of the badge, and move on.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

It's provided a one-size fits all approach for our sales team to capture leads the same way, gathering the same information, in every single interaction at events. This takes cognitive load off the team so we don't miss something and lose business (speaking from experience). 

It wouldn't be nearly as valuable if they didn't also provide lead enrichment and tie directly into Hubspot so those leads can be nurtured immediately. But standardizing the lead capture process in an easy way for our team that can tie right into the nurture campaigns has been a game changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

The UX still has a ways to go, and their data enrichment is very good but not 100% accurate. They've been receptive to feedback and very collaborative so that has helped us feel confident in using them despite some of the challenges.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Idiot-proofing the lead capture process at live events. We follow the same process for every lead, every time. 

Not only has this ensured we don't miss a lead and their nurtured properly, this has also lead to cleaner and more reliable performance metrics for our sales guys in the field. It has also helped us to objectively see which events are the most valuable for us as an organization.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

I use Mobly for collecting leads at conferences, and it really prevents me from having to do as much manual research on leads. I like most how easy it is to use; I just snap a picture, tap on hot/cold lead, and add a couple of notes, which allows me to keep going even while the booth is busy. Instead of collecting business cards or writing notes in a notebook and having to manually upload them later, I can take care of that whole process right on the spot. I also believe Mobly has a more modern and easy-to-use look and feel. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

I can't think of any major improvements to Mobly, it does what it should do.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mobly to collect leads at conferences, which saves me from doing much manual research on leads. It's easy—snap a picture, tap hot/cold lead, add notes, and move on quickly, streamlining my process right at the booth.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

I like how Mobly makes our follow-up so much faster and easier. Salespeople can just scan the name tag, and then it automatically goes into Mobly and into Salesforce, so we don't have to awkwardly ask people for their number. It just easily uploads it. I really like how Mobly can enrich the data to get the correct email and phone number, and we also use campaigns and events for different trade shows that we attend. The initial setup was really easy and took probably just 1 hour.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Sometimes the enrichment doesn't work, and then we have about fifty leads on Mobly, but only forty in Salesforce. So sometimes it's difficult to deal with that, and then I have to manually go in.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mobly to collect contacts and leads at trade shows, making follow-up much faster and easier by automating the upload process into Salesforce without needing to ask for numbers.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

I find Mobly very user-friendly and seamless, making it easy for our team to use. We really like the voice notes feature because when you're short on time between talking to people, it's very easy to get information on a lead so you can refer back to it later.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

It was challenging to get it to sync with Salesforce. I also wish we were able to get more contact matches on attendee lists. The cost of matches per contact, I think, is kinda high. The integration process was difficult for my team to accomplish and took a long time. I just wish that it was less expensive to get matches on individual contacts.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mobly to quickly match scans of leads to contact information at events, making it easy to gather contacts even from short lists. It's user-friendly and has a voice notes feature that helps capture lead details efficiently.

I like that the interface is very user friendly, streamlined, clear and only includes the buttons/features that you'd nothing- no other unnecessary buttons to complicate the user, especially during a busy event

Sometimes Mobly can be finicky- where it doesn't sync all the leads I've scanned, doesn't scan leads properly, whether it was a blurry picture or the service made it delayed, or it's not syncing with the wifi- this can really affect the overall success of our event because without those leads that I scanned but apparently didnt go through, we end up with a lot fewer than we expected.

mobly is very simple to use which allows me to scan the leads, but also continue the conversation so I am able to connect with the prospects while gathering their information for contact follow up

I wish I could have several scans open at the same time. Often when working a booth, you're speaking with a small team. Being able to scan two or three badges and then add information before completing the contact add would be great.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have a stack of business cards on my desk, and I’m not stuck working out of spreadsheets sent to me by conference organizers. With Mobly, my newest contacts go straight into my HubSpot CRM, along with the intel I captured at the event and the contact info Mobly enriched for me.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

It's so easy to use! Makes it possible to not deal with a different integration for badge scanning at every event. I LOVE the data waterfall and their ability to get accurate information for the contacts we meet with at events. Super easy to set up and get started for your next event. Everyone I've worked with at Mobly is amazing and quick to respond to any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

The only criticism I might have is that currently, Mobly is only able to create/update leads. I have it hooked up to Marketo, so it's not an issue for ne, but if you want a direct integration into Salesforce, you'll have to take dupes into account when you're setting things up.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer need to have a special integration and buy a developer kit for each unique tradeshow that we go to. Or have no option for lead capture at shows that don' t have it. We always have lead capture at any show we go to.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

Being able to use mobly at any event, big or small, is huge.  Not having to purchase a different scanner for each event makes things easier for the onsite teams as there is consistency so they're not learning a new scanner every time and consistency in protocols, timing and more on the back end.  Having it not only enrich contacts but also integrate with our CRM helps us improve our speed to lead thus leading to better close rates and a good reputation among our prospects, customers and the industry as a whole

Still a new company working through the growing pains but nothing has happened that has caused any issues for our business

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving all of headaches when it comes to lead follow up from shows.  What used to take us days manually before is now automated and happening within minutes of scanning leads.  It's also helping us gather better data than ever before when it comes to understanding how many booth visitors we get at a given tradeshow and helping us to keep track of people who do or don't show up to events we host which in turn, helps to inform our decisions on future events that are based on real data and not just what we feel happened.

So easy to use and the enrichment piece is so fast, saving me and my team so much time! And of course, the team at Mobly are amazing. Vanessa and Toby have been so helpful and responsive to any queries that we have as we get used to using this tool.

I have requested this feature, but would love the enrichment piece to provide website URLs for the companies too!

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

It's simple, intuitive and their support team are A+. On the features alone, Mobly has helped us automate prioritization and lead followup from events. The team were incredible in helping us get Mobly running instantly for our first event and are so responsive when we need to add a new tag or have a question. My team love using Mobly (yes even the sale team) because it's so easy and intuitive.We use Mobly for every event and it has become a staple for my team in our events operations.  Would highly recommend to anyone considering an events lead scanner platform.

Honestly not much. The new features they are rolling out continue to get better and the team are very responsive and transparent about what can and can't be done.

Before Mobly we would have to capture leads and notes manually which could take weeks from our floor/sales team. Now with Mobly this is instant as it seamless integrates into our CRM.

There are many things:
1. Ease of use
2. Ease to train team
3. Sales team loves it
4. I don't ever have to use or depend on lead tools outside of Mobly at events now
5. We're currently working with Mobly on a seamless integration into our CRM, we hope to have that up and running in the next 30 days.

There's not much, but if I had to find something I would say:
1. I have to check all the leads before I export and I might have to have the Mobly team enhance them a bit more before I export them.
2. The time to enrich is longer than orginally stated but by the EOD I usually have all my leads enriched.

1. Ease of use so as we do more events the team is very skilled in one lead retrieval

Look, CoFi is a direct lender for Builders looking to develop or construction homes. Most of our client base works on referrals and friendly neighbors. AKA - not found online. However, I have been quite impressed with the moble app at tradeshows and conferences. Its quick, easy and the data waterfall customer support is INCREDIBLE.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Dislike? - I wish the app housed a photo file so I could tell immediately if I snapped a fuzzy photo.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buying the conference sponsored "scanners" are always different and the data returned is always in a different format. With Mobly we standardized the conference experience for our reps. Its clean and easy to use and because the data is available immediately, it changed the game on post-conference communications.

- Using Mobly saves a great deal of time at conferences. Being able to gather leads and have them delivered to CRM in real-time has been a game changer in follow-up.
-Leaving notes about conversations or topics discussed has also been helpful to help prevent any disconnect in follow up.

-none at this time - I initially was upoading leads incorrectly and was reached out by the Mobly team in real time to correct the issue which was super helpful.

Being able to gather lead information in real-time, without any awkward pauses in conversation to ask for informatiomn. Just need to scan badge and everything is uploaded. You can make adjustsments afterwards, too.

Mobly is amazing. It integrates and fetches data with the picture of a badge. It takes information and collects the data points you want from clients without the annoyance of having to ask. The Mobly team is also very helpful and willing to help whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

Mobly can take a bit to fetch the data, but it is usually done within a few minutes. It's great you can edit the info while it's being fetched. Helps when entering customer notes.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobly helps us when attending trade-shows or any experiential marketing event. Instead of asking the client for their data, you can simply scan the badge and Mobly fetches the information quickly. It can be off at times since it goes after personal data (example personal email v. Company email), but you can edit those fields after.

Mobly is designed for us out there, building business at busy events and it's super helpful for doing so.  Whether it be building contact lists before or certainly during with our easy Hubspot integration, it's team and technology make it easy to add, log and message folks on the spot, while tracking effectiveness / ROI on the back-end. The Mobly team is very helpful and made implementation a piece of cake.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

When you are dealing with huge events and need a reliable, seamless way to track the leads, nothing beats Mobly. Part of the power behind the tool is the team - if you have any issues or problems, they are there to address them at record speeds. I have told multiple vendors at events about it because they see us using it and want to know how we are able to get around the event scanners (shhh don't tell the event hosts!). If events are a big part of your marketing play, you want Mobly. The way it connects and integrates to our backend tools is also a huge win.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

The only thing I wish they had was a way to scan multiple badges at once and group them together. For example, if I am eating lunch with 3-4 people and end up wanting to scan all of their badges, I have to go in and write the same notes for each one, while hoping I remember to note who is connected to who and the name of each person so everyone has a note. If we could scan a group and make one note somehow, that would be awesome and save a lot of time after a conversation.

It makes the process of gathring badge information and saving the data within in our internal tools totally seamless. The way it connects to Salesforce and gathers data while we are talking to potential clients is priceless.

Mobly has been a game-changer for managing event leads. I love how simple and consistent the process is across every event, making it easy to collect and organize leads without any hassle. The intuitive interface streamlines the whole process, saving us time and ensuring we never miss a potential connection. We've been able to easily implement very quickly. Highly recommend!

During the data enrichment process it is harder to go back and add notes, you have to click on the picture to see the name and remember. For us it means slowing down a bit and making notes right away before talking to our line of people.

Mobly has helped us create a consistent process for our event lead managment and we're quicker at getting those leads categorized and loaded into our CRM. No more switching from scanners based on events.

Our onsite reps use the app, and the marketing/rev-ops team on the backend can see leads in real-time and get this into our systems extremely quickly post show. It's also super easy to train our reps to use.

At this time, there are no major issues with Mobly. I'm sure it will only get better as they grow and scale.

Mobly solves the spreadsheet headache that is reporting on events. Historically, we would rely on reps who had random notes in their phones, business cards, etc. and trust that they were relaying that information back to the marketing team to accurately track ROI of our events. Now, we require that all on-site event attendees use Mobly so everyone has visibility into event performance instantly and we can streamling our tracking and follow-up efforts.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

We just used Mobly at our first event. It was really smooth and easy! We just took pictures of everyone's badge. We haven't set up the SF integration yet, so we just imported the leads manually. But it was super convenient to have the lead data appended already when we uploaded the leads, that saved us about an hour. 

At a few events, we have to pay extra for a badge scanner and don't even get the leads until after the show. With Mobly, we own the whole process which is incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

I still need to figure out a better way to book a demo on the show floor without spending all the time filling out our calendly form. Mobly only takes about 5 minutes to append contact info, so we have just been scanning a badge and then manually filling in a calendly form manually. That how we used to operate before Mobly, so its not a worse experience, I just need to find a way to make that smoother.

Get leads into SF as soon as possible. This corrects lead attribution and lets our team start working the leads immediately.

It's one scan and done. Easy to disposition leads, data gets scrubbed WHILE WE ARE AT events, and makes the transition from "Home from events" to "leads to the sales team" SO seamless and easy.

Not a con but a PSA for users. Just make sure the list you're working off of is pinned and that's what you're working out of at an event. We forgot to do that one time and it created a little more manual work. (Our fault. Not Mobly's).

Prior to Mobly, my team manually tracked conversations with prospects at company events and large conferences. For bigger conferences, we were at the mercy of 4-5 conference-provided scanners, and always struggled with passing scanners back and forth. With Mobly, we can all use our own phones to track prospect info, and can customize the experience as well - it's been a game changer for efficiency and organization.

Mobly solved a problem in lead retrieval that I spent 2+ years trying to solve. The technology used to scan badges and business cards is perfect and the enrichment data is great as well! I love that the app is easy to use as the event coordinator and for all of our sales and customer success team to use at the conferences. The implementation was very simple with our CRM and with getting our team ready to use the app in person.

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

I wouldn't say that Mobly really has a flaw other than the fact that they are new. Then again, the entire Mobly team is responsive and accomdating that any kinks we come across they are able to iron out within a day. Also, they have specifally reached out asking for bugs that need fixing or additions we would like to see to the solution many times.

In our industry, my company attends 40-50 events a year, and only 2-3 of them provided a lead retrieval solution. We had been unable to find a lead retrieval solution that we can use at all events that works AND is afffordable until Mobly.

**What do you like best about Mobly?**

In the past we have used QR codes for prospects to fill out when at conferences and it's always a bit of a chore to get it to work and for them to fill out the different fields. I was able to use Mobly at a recent conference and it was so smooth to just take a picture of their conference badge and let Mobly do the rest. There's also a field to add quick notes so you can go back to them later after things have calmed down and you can remember who you've talked to. Prospects were impressed with how easy it was and that they didn't have to do anything at all!

**What do you dislike about Mobly?**

I would like to see a version for the iPad that fits the screen. We use the iPads sometimes during our conferences to show off some of our materials and while you can use Mobly on the iPad it's the same size as an iPhone screen. Not the end of the world but it would be nice to have a bigger option if on an iPad.

**What problems is Mobly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobly is making it so much easier to capture leads at conferences that we attend. It's fast and a lot of the major work happens behind the scenes so I don't have to worry about it. I can focus on the people I'm meeting and not so much on getting all the details. I'd much rather worry about how I can help them and connect with them and Mobly made that pretty easy. It's really easy for prospects to be willing to share their info when they don't have to fill anything out so that is a win-win for both parties.

Everything about this app is easy and fast. Super convenient and easy to customize. The power of the enriching is incredibly accurate. The immediate access to leads is game changing, vs. waiting until after the conference is over to receive lists from the conference organizers. I can't recommend this product more; we look forward to useing it at all of our conferences.

So far the few recommendations we had for the UX, the developers implimented and we working perfectly.

Mobly is easy to understand and navigate, so it was a snap to learn. I love the ability to customize certain fields within the app that makes it relevant to our market and individual personnas.

I noticed it takes quite a while for the app to populate captured leads within the conference list. I know there is probably some behind the scenes verification of information prior to making it available, but hoping it improves soon. Also, it would be great to have QR code functionality, as most conference badges now have the codes available for this purpose.

Gone are the days of capturing leads manually. It eliminates the possibility of leads getting lost or misplaced.
