I love how Donde helps us support our stance on PTO and employees taking time away from work to recharge and experience life. Donde allows us to easily contribute financially to our employee's time off, help them plan to make the most of that time, and even provides them unique ideas and travel/experience deals. The team at Donde is so knowledgable and responsive! The platform is easy to navigate. The travel design team feels like having a personal travel agent at your fingertips, which makes for such an elevated approach. The deals through the platform are SO good too!!! Still manual from an admin side. While there is an SFTP file we can send now, it's still not as integrated as our other HR tech tools, and does require someone from our team to complete that process. This causes delays in new hires being added to the system, as well as departing employees being removed. I do also wish we had some more insight into how employees are spending funds. Are they using their funds on airfare, hotel stays, experiences, etc? Would be great to know what they find most beneficial. As an admin of the platform, I don't have much insight or capability. Donde makes me feel empowered to take PTO, and helps give me resources to go to more places. Whether it is simply getting a company match to increase my trip budget, or talking with their team to brainstorm new destinations, to helping me plan all the details of the trip, they make travel easier! Love the ability to give funds to our workforce for travel. They are able to make better use of their paid time away, allowing them to recharge and come back energized. We do finding a little different here and although it's not how they designed funding Emmie accounts, they listened to us and found a way to make the product work for us in the way we wanted. Donde is still new to our team members, so the ones taking advantage of the company contribution and utilizing it are loving it. However, we need more ideas and help from Donde on how to continue increasing utilization across more team members. We continue to see growth in this area, but hoping for more. Donde is a fantastic benefit for anyone who vacations. If you're the kind that saves up and then goes on vacation, then Donde only makes that better. I really like that my employer values me as a person, not just an employee. They demonstrate that by providing us with time off, and by encouraging us to take that time off to do something amazing. I had a hotel charge the full amount of my stay to my credit card that I supplied for the nightly deposit, and I didn't notice until after our trip. This was just a small hiccup though. I don't like that my search fields go away if I have to go back to the beginning - I wish it kept the last query to edit. The search isn't intuitive to me since I'm used to google and that throws me off every time. I wish my contribution was taken straight out of my paycheck instead of via a bank transfer.
