It is the platform proven to increase PTO utilization. Employees are able to set aside money for travel, receive rewards for saving funds and spending, access contributions from their company, and use those funds in our marketplace for trips, experiences, and vacations. They also have access to travel designers to support the travel planning, booking, and the in-trip experience. The benefits of planning for and taking vacation is proven by science -- it increases productivity, engagement, creativity, and curiosity. Dónde has also demonstrated that it increases PTO utilization within companies by an average of 25%--driving balance sheet impact for companies with PTO liability, increasing utilization rates among companies offering unlimited PTO, and improving workplace productivity through more rest and less burnout. Donde allows us to easily contribute financially to our employee's time off, help them plan to make the most of that time, and even provides them unique ideas and travel/experience deals. The team at Donde is so knowledgable and responsive! The platform is easy to navigate. The travel design team feels like having a personal travel agent at your fingertips, which makes for such an elevated approach. The deals through the platform are SO good too!!! **What do you dislike about Dónde?** Still manual from an admin side. While there is an SFTP file we can send now, it's still not as integrated as our other HR tech tools, and does require someone from our team to complete that process. This causes delays in new hires being added to the system, as well as departing employees being removed. I do also wish we had some more insight into how employees are spending funds. Are they using their funds on airfare, hotel stays, experiences, etc? Would be great to know what they find most beneficial. As an admin of the platform, I don't have much insight or capability. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to bring unique benefits to our employees that also strongly aligned with our people strategy and enhance our culture. Often times, unlimited PTO can be viewed as a negative because employees don't tend to use it as much as when PTO is accrued, but Donde helps us tackle that by encouraging our employees to take time off. We are literally investing in their time-off, soour employees understand how deeply we support them in taking this time. ### 2. Whether it is simply getting a company match to increase my trip budget, or talking with their team to brainstorm new destinations, to helping me plan all the details of the trip, they make travel easier! **What do you dislike about Dónde?** Some of the features are still a bit buggy and I have had a few times where I cannot really book what I want through the site. However, they are always willing to work things out via phone/email. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** Donde gives companies a way to encourage their employees to take time away from work to rest, rejuvenate, and explore, which is great for preventing burn out and backing up what a company means when they say they prioritize work-life balance. ### 3. They are able to make better use of their paid time away, allowing them to recharge and come back energized. We do finding a little different here and although it's not how they designed funding Emmie accounts, they listened to us and found a way to make the product work for us in the way we wanted. **What do you dislike about Dónde?** Nothing really. Any pain points we have had they have listened and helped to alleviate. Even though they have been small, few and far between. They are awesome. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing is to incentivize employees to get away when using paid time away so they can recharge more fully. ### 4. Donde provides us an attractive tool to encourage our team members to work hard and play hard. We love when they take trips, assisted by Donde, and come back refreshed and ready to create great experiences for our customers. We have found that our team members are utilizing their PTO at a much higher clip now that we have Donde as a partner...and that's a good thing! **What do you dislike about Dónde?** Donde is still new to our team members, so the ones taking advantage of the company contribution and utilizing it are loving it. However, we need more ideas and help from Donde on how to continue increasing utilization across more team members. We continue to see growth in this area, but hoping for more. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** Donde helps solve several problems for Lendio, including better utilization of PTO for recharging, loyalty to Lendio for assisting them to have great experiences with their loved ones and caring about their lives outside of work, and a valuable means of recognizing and celebrating our team members. ### 5. If you're the kind that saves up and then goes on vacation, then Donde only makes that better. If you have Donde and a company match, then that's free vacation money. Using my Donde savings is super easy. I find what I want, contact them with what I need, get a virtual card with the right amount and pay. **What do you dislike about Dónde?** As far as planning goes, I think their platform is still evolving. I haven't found what I wanted within the platform, and I kinda like hunting around to plan anyway. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vacationing is expensive, and I have traditionally had a separate savings account just for vacations. Donde not only removes the need for a separate bank account, but as a company benefit, it gets me some extra cash in the account. ### 6. They demonstrate that by providing us with time off, and by encouraging us to take that time off to do something amazing. Thank you Donde! **What do you dislike about Dónde?** I had a hotel charge the full amount of my stay to my credit card that I supplied for the nightly deposit, and I didn't notice until after our trip. This was just a small hiccup though. I reached out to Donde and they contacted the hotel right away and were able to correct the issue. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** The value that Donde provides our employees is truly special. In addition to providing travel options so I can make the most of my PTO, the trips I have booked with Donde have provided me energy to come back and continue doing my best work. The company match is a very close second. **What do you dislike about Dónde?** I don't like that my search fields go away if I have to go back to the beginning - I wish it kept the last query to edit. The search isn't intuitive to me since I'm used to google and that throws me off every time. I wish my contribution was taken straight out of my paycheck instead of via a bank transfer. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** Donde is solving the problem of prioritizing travel and vacation. Even if you're not a traveler, there are experiences you can find for a "staycation". As a mom emotional labor is a big drag on my focus. I set up a monthly contribution which my employer matches. Having travel funds ready when you need them is a lovely surprise. **What do you dislike about Dónde?** They are constantly working to improve their platform. Sometimes you can run into bugs which can make booking or searching difficult. But luckily, their team appreciates feedback. **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some employers say they want you to take time off but don't actually support that. I know my employer wants me to travel because of this benefit program. It can also be challenging to prioritize saving for a vacation when so many other expenses exist. They are always very helpful and ensure that we are using our funds for what we want as opposed to finding odd work arounds. **What do you dislike about Dónde?** I am not the biggest fan of the Dashboard layout, I am sometimes a bit confused about where to find all of my needed information but I figure it our eventually! **What problems is Dónde solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would never have a place to put my travel funds otherwise, I would have needed to open a new bank account and no one wants to have that multiple times for all their savings needs.
