**What do you like best about Mobimatic?**

It´s a very good idea to create a platform where people without knowledge can build their own apps. You only need to drag and drop and configure options in an easy control panel. There are many features available to add to your app. I like that you can create apps for the 2 bigger marketplaces, Google Play and AppStore.

**What do you dislike about Mobimatic?**

The apps look and feel is old, they have to update the apps templates. Nowadays, it is very important the look of your app to show professionalism and reputation. But there is no doubt, the worst thing in Mobimatic is their customer support. Sometimes you have to wait weeks or months to solve a problem after opening a ticket. There are many things that today don’t work well in the platform and the update process to solve is very slow. If they add more resources to solve the issues and to care for their customers, they can create a great product.

**What problems is Mobimatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobimatic, when it works fine, is a great solution to expand your business and to have presence on all platforms.
