# Which video email tools have the most reliable delivery across Gmail, Outlook, and other email clients?

You record the perfect prospect video, press send, and Outlook strips it to a broken attachment icon. That's the moment I’m asking this question from video email reviewers here: which video email tools have the most reliable delivery across Gmail, Outlook, and the rest?

The mechanic worth understanding first, from researching the Video Email category: almost no email client actually plays embedded video. Every serious tool instead inserts a thumbnail, usually an animated GIF preview, that links out to a hosted landing page.

So "reliable delivery" really means three things: does the thumbnail render in each client, does the message itself dodge spam filters, and does the landing page load fast when the click happens. Tools that get you blocked usually fail the second test, not the first. Three names come up most on this on G2:

BombBomb (4.7, 580+ reviews): the category's longest-running name, with native Gmail and Outlook integrations; sending from your own inbox rather than a bulk server is a real deliverability advantage for one-to-one sends.

Sendspark (4.7, 370+ reviews): generates the thumbnail-plus-link package for whatever sender you already use, including sequencers; delivery reliability then partly inherits from the platform doing the sending.

Vidyard (4.5, 830+ reviews): hosting-first architecture, so the landing page side is its strength; its Grid satisfaction runs below the other two while its market presence runs higher.

For anyone here who has actually run video sends through both Gmail and Outlook side by side: where did the thumbnails break, and which tool's emails started landing in spam once volume went up? That's the part no feature page will tell us.

From what I've seen, one-to-one sends from your own mailbox behave like normal email and rarely trip filters; the trouble starts when volume climbs and sends move to a shared platform domain whose link reputation you don't control. On rendering, Outlook is the usual culprit because it often won't animate the preview, so a design that still reads as a static frame is the safe path. At volume, the first thing to watch is the sending domain's reputation, since that tends to fail before the thumbnails do.
