**What do you like best about MobiChord?**

I enjoy the simple phone management automation of MobiChord, my favorite feature being how simple it is for users to order their phone phones, taking menial tasks off of the helpdesk.

**What do you dislike about MobiChord?**

The implementation was not smooth.  40% of our phones were not in the system when we went live on the IT side.

**Recommendations to others considering MobiChord:**

Mobichord support leaves much to be desired, but the platform is useful.

**What problems is MobiChord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up agent's time to work on other issues that cannot be automated.

Collects good information and enables asset association with users in ServiceNow. 

**What do you dislike about MobiChord?**

Installation and configuration within the ServiceNow instance was not intuitive and needs some improvement.

Mobile device management and registration with associates
