What do you like best about Mitratech Perform?

Our organization uses a model of quarterly feedback ratings, Trakstar supports it in a wonderful way by giving us options of having different weights to different aspects of performance. The goals and notes section makes it easier for users to give feedbacks. Also, we can go through our previous reviews to have the gist of our previous performance.
