I really like the integration between Mitratech AssureHire and our Paycor systems. It makes sending background checks easy because we're not required to log in each time to a separate platform. Once an offer letter is signed, we can send background checks directly through Paycor Recruit in each candidate's portal. It simplifies the process and makes it seamless. The pricing is also quite reasonable, and the relationships I've built with our assigned reps have been beneficial. The contact support team is responsive when we need help. I have some issues with the verification process for employment and education checks as part of our background check packages. For leadership positions, there tends to be delays in documents being submitted and cleared. It appears Mitratech AssureHire often has to follow up with our hires repeatedly to retrieve education and employment documents. This seems to slow down the process and might feel less detailed or thorough from a candidate's perspective, possibly because Mitratech AssureHire's notifications aren't clear on what needs to be completed to submit documents correctly. Sometimes it does not run license numbers properly. There are several times I have had to run license numbers on my own, outside of AssureHire. This defeats the purpose of us paying for the service, so it can be frustrating. Also, there have been times when a company has closed down and they are unreachable for employment verifications, so the process stops instead of them contacting the candidate and investigating. My favorite features of MT AssureHire are the I-9 export functionality, automated email notifications, and the ability to view SSNs and dates of birth for efficient employee record creation. Honestly, there is very little I would change about the product. It has been a valuable tool for our team, and the features we rely on work well. Currently, I dislike the length of time it takes to complete a background check for candidates. When candidates upload documents, while an order is in process, I am also unable to view them, in case I wanted to get ahead in my processes. The support from their agents is also "clunky" in that you can't just call and speak to someone about an adjustment or note. What I like best about Mitratech AssureHire is its ability to streamline the entire background screening process while maintaining compliance and providing a positive candidate experience.

The integration into Paylocity is extremely helpful. It offers a seamless execution for background checks during the talent acquisition process. The interface is user friendly and straightforward; if not a little simplistic. The system preforms with great speed and consistency. Being able to fully conduct background checks online is a tremendous boon for our associates. This entire process saves us a tremendous amount of time, including their adverse action policy and execution in the event a background check yields results that warrant such response. The pricing is very competitive per background check as well as the driver checks. Support is timely and helpful in the few times that I've contacted them for assistance. The only downside is that the interface does feel a little bit outdated, and it's not terrifically intuitive to track down where your bills are and how to pay them. A very simple UI fix that has nothing to do with the quality of product/services rendered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is just okay. AssureHire wouldn’t change anything on the reference forms to better meet our needs, which has been frustrating. The reports can also be confusing to read at times, and I think it would help if they revamped how the information is presented so it’s clearer and easier to follow. They also have a very defined process for checking licenses, but it’s simply not helpful for me in healthcare. I’ve even suggested an easier way to handle it, and they still refuse. It's convenient that it integrates with our ATS (Paylocity) so I can order backgrounds directly from the candidate profile and the profile then links me to the candidates background check on Mitratech's site. I don't have a specific account rep that I can call directly. Rather there's a main line that connects me to a call center when updates are requested. I also would want the option to include a billing code so that when I'm reconciling the monthly invoice I can know which dept I need to bill each background check to more easily. AssureHire is easy to use and provides a seamless experience for our teams. Additionally, the system performs well at all times and there is communication regarding any outages. I think the Mitratech AssureHire website is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate, which makes logging on and finding what I need simple. It's not hard to train people on it either, and that's my favorite thing about it. I also find it easy to see the results of drug tests and motor vehicle record checks.
