The Flexi Time feature. It's very easy to track the times we had to take time off and recovering it, instead of keeping our own notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found myself using it all that much, except for the Flexi Time and the days off/working from home requests. I don't give kudos, couldn't really get used to the clock-in feature, or the OKR and tasks feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that it's very easy to keep track of what you're doing while also keeping transparency in the organization. You can check if you align with your coworkers and set goals.
