**What do you like best about Miranda?**

It's literally everything a small business like ours needs. First of all, you can stand out immediately in front of the candidates thanks to the branded forms experience. 
Then, the back end is very user-friendly, and the AI-powered features are just crazy good to save time!

**What do you dislike about Miranda?**

There are some features still in development, such as the possibility to add multiple-box questions to the screening forms. I'm sure they will update the product a lot in the future!

**What problems is Miranda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time-Saving: Look, screening resumes is a slog. Miranda's AI-powered system helps you with that time. More time for coffee breaks!

Quality of Talent: The AI doesn't just speed through candidates; but also helps find the best fits for the job, and screen through the applications quickly.

Company Branding: You can inject your company's personality right into the screening form, which is a great way to stand out right away.

Ai Feedback: Instead of ghosting candidates, you can send a great feedback to each candidate you reject, which is awesome!

**What do you like best about Miranda?**

After trying several well-reviewed ATS and screening tools, I found Miranda which left me positively surprised. The interface is super user friendly, the possibility to customize the screening forms is awesome, and the AI-feedback to rejected candidates are a great way to show this extra care.

**What do you dislike about Miranda?**

Some features are still under development, but the key features are there

It helps me streamlining the hiring process while at the same time creating a great candidate experience

**What do you like best about Miranda?**

- The AI-powered features are great. Simple to use, and helpful in the screening process
-  Finally a tool where you can create an application form that is not boring at all.
- The one-way Interview feature allows you to understand quickly who can be a great cultural fit.

**What do you dislike about Miranda?**

The collaboration features between team members can be improved, but it’s in the roadmap

**What problems is Miranda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes identifying candidates with a great cultural fit easy and fun for them
