It’s easy to set up and offers a solid ticket management solution, with clear pricing and no surprises.

**What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?**

For our purposes, we haven't encountered any problems. We've submitted two requests, which is a lot, and they handle them quickly.

**What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mint is versatile and supports multiple use cases. It lets you manage many kinds of requests that require traceability. In our case, we use it to handle sales requests, customer service, IT requests, RFQs, and purchase orders, among other workflows.

I know that the product is on constant development, but sometimes I could get a bit faster info about update, like 1-2 days extra.

Everything is in one place.

Easy to use and implement system. Quite nice interface with good functionality. Support is very helpful. We use it everyday for supporting our customers.

Some notification is not quite clear to configure.

**What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?**

We use MintSD daily as the platform for complaint management and tracking deliveries. I like its flexibility and user-friendly interface. We have a very close contact to MintSD team and they quickly react to any changes we want to adopt in our processes.

**What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?**

For our purpose, there's nothing to dislike. I would say - some configuration options could be more straight forward, but once you adopt the knowledge of how to change certain things, it actually starts having sense :)

**What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use MintSD as the primary tool to track records of our deliveries to our customers, and in addition, we use it as a complaint management platform so we can assign each case to a different agent.

**What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?**

Easy to learn and use for beginners and complete for advanced users. Very good and logical for administrators. Fast. Nice and convenient interface.

**What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?**

Admins have to study hard to learn all configuration options.  (That means the mint is powerful.) Once you learn it, you can do whatever you need.

**What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We support our customers, end users of our products. We create an internal knowledge base for our employees that helps them support. Quick access to the historical tickets for the customer.

The overall simplicity of everyday use. Compared to other similar systems I used, for me, MINT was the least stressful and demanding.

**What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?**

Text editor used in chat between Agent and Client.

**Recommendations to others considering Mint Service Desk:**

Give it a try if you're looking for advanced, but on the other side simple. Speak with the team (Jesus :) ), and they will not only answer all of your questions but tell you how MINT can help/your organization through pure examples and scenarios.

**What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used MINT mostly for communication with Clients, both as support and as a salesman. It saved me o lot of time (solving technical matters) compared to the phone communication way.

Initially a bit difficult to get acquainted but gets easier when you get used to handle it. It can be a bit tricky in the beginning .

If you are in need of an advanced ITSM; this platform is for you.

It's highly efficient and has helped my organization a lot.
The support and training is great.
Affordable and scalable even for small businesses who can adapt it to their growing needs as they evove.

The ease of installation, the ability to customize to almost whatever need, the agent chat (this is unique, as far as I know), the quality of product support.

**What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?**

I did not encounter any issue. The setup is somewhat complicated, but the support is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Mint Service Desk:**

As a former user of OTRS-based service desks, I recommend this solution as a neat alternative. Most features of OTRS are available, and Mint SD specificities are just great.

**What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it for the operations of a small publishing organization (Edicions Talvera). I am following pre and post publications activities, including dissemination of the new releases. I never miss anymore a press release, nor a social network communication.

so far nothing, the functionality has helped us to keep good track of pretty much any departamental need.

**What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?**

It's very flexible and I really enjoy it's chat feature. We are using it for HR recruitments and after few adjustments we were able to achieve exactly what we wanted.

**What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?**

It's quite difficult to start with and at the beginning some parts of the system might be confusing. Although once configured it's a really great tool to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Mint Service Desk:**

Get in touch with support. They are very friendly and might help you out with things which don't seem that obvious at the beginning.

**What problems is Mint Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it for HR processes. Asset management is used for storing an information about our candidates (we were able to create the whole data structure which we wanted to store) and tickets are part of the process were we communicate with candidates and send them proposals. Pricing is also very attractive.

**What do you like best about Mint Service Desk?**

It is a great system to start, if you need a powerful, easy and simple service desk and asset management, MINT is the one. It also handles more features like SLA and full ITSM. It is very easy to communicate with customers having all communication in their chat view.

**What do you dislike about Mint Service Desk?**

Nothing! It was awsome, I really think is perfect for beginners.
