The AI is probably my best feature: it makes Mindtickle easy to navigate and lets me interact with it to better understand my product and the customers I’ve spoken with. I find it useful to have so much in one platform. I use it to record meetings and follow up so I understand what we discussed and keep track of action items; it does a really good job of making sure those are taken care of at the end of a meeting.
