**What do you like best about MindFi?**

We started using MindFi as part of our company’s wellbeing initiative, and it quickly became one of the most appreciated tools in our employee wellness kit. What sets MindFi apart from other mindfulness apps is its focus on real world use short, practical exercises that fit easily into a workday and a range of content that appeals to both beginners and more experienced meditation users.

**What do you dislike about MindFi?**

some sessions keep on repeating, you have to keep skipping them and it takes time

**What problems is MindFi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a team perspective, the shared insights and wellbeing metrics help leadership understand overall trends without invading individual privacy. It’s a thoughtful approach to supporting mental health across a distributed team.
