One standout feature is the continuity in support: the representative assigned to us at the beginning has remained our dedicated point of contact throughout the entire process. This consistency has made communication efficient and streamlined.

The platform itself is user-friendly and makes managing enrollments a breeze. We’ve also appreciated the robust access to real-time data, including participation metrics, wellness challenge engagement, and other health-related insights. This has helped us make informed decisions and better support our team’s wellness journey.

One challenge we encountered—largely due to our own timing—was starting the process a bit later than ideal. This led to a somewhat rushed implementation phase. As with any customizable platform, there were a few learning moments where we realized what we didn't know until we were actively using the system and seeing how our customizations played out in real time. I really have been frustrated about the active minutes and how when you manually record it adds in steps, it ruins all my data, not to mention it is incorrect data. You do not always get steps when you are active. They have also sent me info on how to get it to sync automatically and even though we are doing all the steps it still doesn't work. Wellness360 Review – Areas for Improvement

While Wellness360 has many strengths, there are a few areas that could benefit from refinement. The use of two separate admin platforms during onboarding can be confusing, especially when trying to determine where specific functions live. Additionally, the reporting capabilities could be more robust, with greater detail and customization to better support tracking and analytics. The support team and customer service exceeds expectations! Their team is available all the time for support (I email them multiple times a day) and their response time is very impressive (emails are typically responded to in under an hour). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Waiting periods between self help video segments (living lean and such). Once you finish a section, there is a wait period to when you can begin the next section. I feel like some of the wellness activities could be taylored more to the person. I'm a female so I don't qualify for a PSA test or Prostate test. I dont' smoke so A lung CT doesn't apply to me.
