**What do you like best about MindaClient?**

Both the product and the service are excellent. With MindaClient, we're able to manage the entirety of our scholarship programs, from the first enquiry through to their time as an alum. And when we need something tweaked in the system, the team at MindaClient listens to our needs and offers several possible solutions. If you are looking for a platform for to manage client data, you really cannot go wrong with MindaClient.

**What do you dislike about MindaClient?**

There really isn't anything that we dislike about MindaClient. The closest to dislike would be, for example, a field that is included in the default setup that we don't need or a field that we do need but that isn't there. Yet in a case like this, a simple discussion with MindaClient is all it takes to have the fields customized.

**What problems is MindaClient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our previous system, we only managed our alum data; management of the application and program stages were managed separately, which led to mismatching data and inefficient processing. Now, the entirety of our processes run through MindaClient, making it much easier to manage our applicants, program participants, and alums across departments.

**What do you like best about MindaClient?**

MindaClient is easy to use for applicants, reviewers, and the programme team. The team at MindaClient is responsive whenever we have questions and is always open to making tweaks to the system when needed. It’s also easy to extract and analyse data, which makes reporting much simpler. Email communications are another strong point - we find that side of the platform very straightforward and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about MindaClient?**

Very little - it works very well for our purposes.

**What problems is MindaClient solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us receive large number of scholarship applications and then review and process them easily.

**What do you like best about MindaClient?**

I appreciate how MindaClient enables us to differentiate between male, female, age categories, and cancer types, making it easier to tailor programs, therapies, and activities according to participants' interests. I also like that we can review the cancellation list. The service is fantastic, with someone always just a phone call away, and Sorcha is particularly helpful. The overall customer care is impressive.

MindaClient provide cutting edge software that allows scholarship programmes to seamlessly manage the scholarship process, from donations and CRM to application management and the awarding of scholarships.

There is nothing that we dislike about MindaClient - combined with their impressive software is genuinely helpful and engaged customer support.

MindaClient allows us to focus our time on fundraising and helping players, while it provides a professional system to support our work.
