What do you like best about Mihup?

Can understand Indian languages & dialects, code switching, regional accents etc. Live alerts during calls, compliance monitoring, sentiment shifts, agent guidance. Both cloud and on premises deployment options. Target sectors like automotive, BFSI, contact centres etc., so capable for real world enterprise use. Good customer Support. What do you dislike about Mihup?

Less mature/market wide recognition compared to global large vendors.

If workflows are highly complex or global with many languages beyond what they currently support, we will need extra effort.
