## About Mida
Mida is a modern A/B testing platform built for marketers, CRO teams, ecommerce brands, and growth-focused companies that want to run experiments faster without compromising website performance. Unlike traditional experimentation tools built on legacy architecture, Mida uses a lightweight 15KB script designed to protect Core Web Vitals, page speed, and SEO performance while keeping experiments fast-loading and reliable. With an intuitive visual editor and prompt-based experimentation, teams can create, launch, and iterate on experiments without relying heavily on developers. Generate test ideas, build variations faster, and shorten experimentation cycles directly from the browser. Mida integrates seamlessly with modern marketing and analytics stacks, including GA4, GTM, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, HubSpot, Segment, Mixpanel, PostHog, Slack, and 70+ other tools. Simple, transparent pricing gives teams full platform access on the Growth plan — without hidden enterprise fees or complicated pricing tiers.

**What do you like best about Mida?**

I use Mida as a CRO tool for running tests and improving eCommerce clients' experiences. I love the clean user experience and how well it's set up for agencies handling multiple clients. The assistance tools and innovation are impressive, and I've observed consistent improvements over the 2.5 years I've used Mida. Their support and partnership are fantastic. The tool is lightweight and measures many side goals effectively. I appreciate the ability to use my own JavaScript and CSS in tests. Report URL sharing and RPV insights are great, along with the noteworthy speed and support. They also keep adding features while maintaining focus on the core, which I appreciate. Their guides and videos are helpful, and real-person support is available for additional help.

**What do you dislike about Mida?**

Some small hiccups in reporting data, but always quickly resolved. The code environment could have a version control, or inline code checking, or AI feature. I now use Gemini or Claude on the side.

**What problems is Mida solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mida to independently manage testing processes for multiple clients, enhancing their businesses and customer experiences. Mida's support, speed, and clear reporting aid me in handling multiple clients effortlessly, and the ability to use JS and CSS in tests adds flexibility.
