You can also setup images to the responses which is a fancy move and looks interesting. -AI is used to learn and adapt phrases that come in as a query(responses are restricted to the topics setup by the organisation) - Can add good value for the businesses like academic institutes, general stores,etc that have pretty linear format of information circulation and need not require indepth engagement from the responders. -Seemlessly connect with Power automate to register entries in Excel and take multiple other actions. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?** -Not feasible for medium/large scale businesses that source the data from chatbots to helpdesk and CRMs for the support/sales optimization. -Implementing the same will require API integration with some other business technology/SaaS . Those companies are already providing well integrated chatbot with same/advanced functionalities. - Internal team collaboration to resolve concerns of the requestor isn't seemlessly possible. -Restictive in developments as, greater the API integrations over Excel, greater the chances will be that you won't be able to modulate your questions, entries,etc in the later stages. Even if you do, it will be very cumbersome and a nightmare for the business owner and the partner who is sourcing data from PVA. It would have been a good solution by 2018ish. Currently, there are multiple other chatbot solutions that have created an ecosystem in the backend to be problem centric and optimize/catalyse business goals .
