It will help us in creating applications chat bot with just natural language, even though you don’t know anything about coding, you can create your application by using just prompts. It really helps us connecting to our any data source like share point, db or any external source, and then we can have conversation or get what we want around that. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?** What I dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio is that it can become complicated and slow once a project gets bigger. Even though it’s marketed as low-code, as soon as you start adding multiple topics, building more complex flows, or connecting to many systems, debugging quickly turns into a headache. It’s sometimes become difficult for beginners to configure any data source and do integration with any application. **What problems is Microsoft Copilot Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft Copilot Studio mainly solves the problem of building custom AI agents quickly, without needing a full team of developers. Earlier, creating a smart chatbot or an internal assistant for clients could take weeks of coding, API integrations, and testing. With Copilot Studio, I can now create useful copilots in a few hours or days using a low-code approach. I describe the flow, add topics, connect it to Teams, SharePoint, or other Microsoft tools, and it’s ready to use. For me at Infosys, this has been a big help. I can give a prompt in natural language, create a copilot based on that, and then start interacting with it right away. It helps me deliver demos or a POC quickly. We just need to define the rules; the rest is already taken care of. ### 2. I can also build an agent for technical troubleshooting or for product knowledge that’s specific to a brand or a particular set of products. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?** So far, I’ve had to manually create and enter every type of conversation a customer or prospective client might have with the chatbot, then test it and go back and forth making adjustments. I’d like to be able to use Copilot to help me plug in the necessary conversation paths so I can get the results I want from the agents as I build them. Overall, it’s an easy platform to use; it just requires you to put yourself in the shoes of the person interacting with the agent so you can program the conversation flow correctly. **What problems is Microsoft Copilot Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well, it might be a future problem that it will solve in the sense that it would replace a current person having to be the interactive chat on the website.
