**What do you like best about Microcat CRM?**

THE USER INTERFACE IS VERY CLEAN. THE REPORTS ARE VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND EVERYTHING IS VERY INTUITIVE TO FIND. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL.

**What do you dislike about Microcat CRM?**

THIS SOFTWARE IS GREAT, BUT WITH THE INVENTORY WE HAVE AND THE WHOLESALERS IN OUR AREA, WE WERE NOT IN THE BEST POSITION TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE FEATURES THAT WERE OFFERED.

**What problems is Microcat CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MICROCAT CRM REALLY HELPS TO ANALYZE AND BREAK DOWN THE WORKFLOW OF WHOLESALE PARTS AND DELIVERY. IT MADE IT EASY TO FIND PROBLEMATIC AREAS, AS WELL AS THOSE WHICH MIGHT INCREASE PROFITS IF MORE FOCUS WAS APPLIED.

**What do you like best about Microcat CRM?**

PRODUCT IS AN ALL-IN-ONE SUITE TO HELP MANAGE INVENTORY AND TRENDS. IT LETS YOU DRILL DOWN TO A DETAILED ANALYSIS OF EACH WHOLESALE ACCOUNT. THE USER INTERFACE IS VERY INTUITIVE.

**What do you dislike about Microcat CRM?**

OUR SHOP IS NOT A LARGE ENOUGH WHOLESALE CLIENT FOR THIS PRODUCT TO BE VIABLE. THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY USEFUL, JUST NOT FOR A SHOP AND INVENTORY OF OUR SIZE. WOULD STILL RECOMMEND IT TO MUCH LARGER DEALERS.

**Recommendations to others considering Microcat CRM:**

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT SOFTWARE BUT CONSIDER YOUR DEALERSHIP SIZE AS WELL THAT THE ROOM FOR COMPETITIVE GROWTH IN YOUR FOOTPRINT.  FOR US, IT WAS NOT THE RIGHT FIT.

**What problems is Microcat CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MICROCAT CRM IS A FRONTLINE SALES PRODUCTIVITY TOOL. IT PROVIDES DETAILS AND UP-TO-DATE BUSINESS INSIGHTS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE TAKE LOTS OF TIME AND MANPOWER TO TRACK. THE END RESULT, IT IS MUCH EASIER TO TRACK BOTH TRACK AND MANAGE OUR WORKFLOWS.
