The program is very well organized and is easy to use

**What do you like best about MicroAge?**

The ease of the software and its ability to be easily used

Nothing much really it seems ok.  Enjoyed the ease of the use of the software

**Describe the project or task MicroAge helped with:**

We purchased a large HP servers infrastructure (two servers with lot of accessories) to deploy a pretty large Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure.

**What do you like best about MicroAge?**

They have VERY skilled employees in every department, as much in software solutions, than networking, than hardware or any business solution. They always have someone in the house than will answer perfectly all our questions and found the perfect solution for our needs.

**What do you dislike about MicroAge?**

Unfortunately it looks like the expertise have some kind of cost, because if you compare overall pricing of MicroAge with other large Canadian providers such as CDW Canada and InSight, unfortunately MicroAge is always more expensive. Sometime it's just a small price difference, but sometime, if they are 5% more expensive on a 5,000$ item, you understand that it's 250$+. So sometime you have to choose between expertise and pricing, not that CDW or InSight have poor expensive, but they are not as close to their customer as MicroAge.

**Recommendations to others considering MicroAge:**

As I indicated a earlier, when you choose MicroAge you choose a proximity business with a very high expertise, however if you are considering the price only, you'll found that they have higher price than other large Canadian vendors. So at this point you have to choose between a business that are more driven like a family business and a large online distributor.
