**What do you like best about MGMS?**

I like that is very easy to use and the way that it was design is very enjoyable to work with. I find it easy to navigate when we are looking for rates with carries.

**What do you dislike about MGMS?**

Sometimes I noticed that is gets too slow. Another thing that happens from time to time is that it would freeze for about a few minutes and then we would have to re-start it.

**Recommendations to others considering MGMS:**

Highly Recommended, must maintain the program up-to-date in order to get them most benefits from it.

**What problems is MGMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With MGMS we can organize rates with different carriers and process shipments. Very friendly program to use and much faster than other programs we've used in the past.

**What do you like best about MGMS?**

I like how user friendly and accessible the system is. It is easy to use for both experienced and new employees to the work that we do.  It does everything we need and then more!

**What do you dislike about MGMS?**

I dislike that it does not communicate properly with some of our other systems, so we have to resort to manual entry which leads to extra time spent.

**Recommendations to others considering MGMS:**

Patience! the knowledge will come.

**What problems is MGMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving customers updates. With MGMS we are able to get updates immediately and relay those updates to the customer.
