WaterSmart presented me with the most usable and smart tools which helped me use water wisely and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about WaterSmart?**

It is a SaaS model, so can get a little slow at times.

**What problems is WaterSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me analyse my water spend wisely.

**What do you like best about WaterSmart?**

It is great that this product helps me optimize each of the needs I have and that its use is simple.

It has a set of data analysis and commitment tools that allow users to help each other by accessing all detailed information to answer questions and solve common problems.

**What do you dislike about WaterSmart?**

It would be great if they placed the option so that users could add reminders

**Recommendations to others considering WaterSmart:**

They offer a analysis software and customer participation platform as a world class service and by providing superior customer service to water service companies

**What problems is WaterSmart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since using WaterSmart I have managed to see all the benefits of water and its care. In addition to saving a lot of money.

WaterSmart contributes with resilient water systems that benefit the environment, customers and the communities in which they live.
