It allows us to easily gather data for local stakeholders, key partners, and internal uses. With the downloadable files and portals that businesses are able to update themselves, we are better equipped to accomplish shared goals and serve our community. **What do you dislike about Ginkgo?** With all the vast uses of Ginkgo it can be a beast to begin to utilize the platform to its potential, but the Ginkgo team is dedicated and personable making the process seamless and enjoyable. **What problems is Ginkgo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are now able to keep track of what businesses are coming and going in our district, and provide up to date files for contact information, changing hours, and more. ### 2. The platform has helped bring us into the 21st Century. We are a small team with limited resources and a toolkit like Ginkgo saves our employees valuable time and allows us to demonstrate to our board and community the impact of our organization. Ginkgo puts us on an equal playing field in terms of data analysis with organizations that have larger capacities. It is exciting to be part of the evolution of this new product whose potential continues to expand. **What do you dislike about Ginkgo?** Ginkgo is a customer-focused company. No dislikes. **What problems is Ginkgo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been a customer of Ginkgo since the beginning. They continually made changes to meet clients' needs. The product is at a very solid place right now. ### 3. I used it to spatialize local businesses, a public art project, and new developments in the neighborhood. **What do you dislike about Ginkgo?** It was sometimes tricky to keep data up to date--I edited records in batches by downloading csvs but sometimes our record lists were so long that even this became cumbersome. **What problems is Ginkgo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ginkgo helped me visualize a lot of the local trends that I understood anecdotally. It was helpful to be able to make our own data sets and easily embed them online for others to see and explore! ### 4. We can assess financials, sales, location, business types, and more. **What do you dislike about Ginkgo?** Haven't found one yet! We've been on the platform for over a year and truly depend on it for all of our mapping needs. **What problems is Ginkgo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing us to centralize all of our corridor data into one platform. It also interfaces with our Salesforce platform which makes data use and analysis even easier. ### 5.
