We recently started using Merren to gather feedback from our customers, and it’s been working really well. Setting up surveys is simple, and the customization options make it easy to tailor questions to our needs. One feature that stands out is being able to share surveys directly on WhatsApp—it’s convenient for our customers, and we’ve definitely seen an improvement in response rates. It’s saving us time, and we’re getting valuable insights more quickly.

Collecting feedbck fromcustomers is such a headech, they never share feedback. Always took long time to check mails and cilikng on link in mail to provide detailed feedback, it was time cosuming for them. But Merren helped us to create feedback forms and surveys with customised templates ans share it with our customers on quick platforms like whatsapp. Now we are receing more responces tham previous. Also their Dashboard is really easy to analyse the all responces at once.

It can also set up automated surveys to streamline the customer feedback collection. I want to give a special shout out to the support team who are very quick to respond to queries.

There's nothing really I dislike about Merren so far because it allows me to do everything I want. I only wish there was a self-serve white labelling WA bot, so I didn't have to reach out to the Merren team every time.

I used the AI powered survey template. I could create a survey in a few clicks. You might want to customize it on the dashboard. During the editing process, there are prompt for other questions. This is very helpful for me. However, the entire process is very simple. It avoids a lot of cognitive load on me.

You cannot edit the templates once it is published. You have to start afresh.

Firstly, the UI is very simple to comprehend. You can create surveys from scratch, ask the AI for an instant survey or simply choose from their templates. The speed at which you can deploy a survey is commendable. Secondly, the team is very responsive when we needed help. It is affordable on the price point as well if you have a larger database to cater to.

1. the translations can be problematic. You have to manually check if its correct. 
2. I think Merren can implement a function where you can invite other team members to view the dashboard.

We are looking to implement it in the long term. Merren offers exactly all the functions you can use in the market. Most of the work is already done, you just have to implement it as per your goals. With a little improvements, we can see ourselves implemting Merren's functions in the long term.

After using this software, I want to share two main highlights:
1. Merren has the AI-powered survey builder. It can create instant and engaging surveys in a few clicks.
2. We customized the AI survey template and published it among our customers. We got really high completion rates. 

We were also looking for a multilingual translation feature. Merren has the automated translation feature for surveys. Now that was a bonus!

You might want to double check on the automatic language translation feature. It requires some manual cleaning sometimes. That is still way better than manually translating surveys from scratch.

Slow customer feedback feels like a dead-end sometimes. However to my delight, Merren offers a more interactive way of collecting feedback from our customers. They have user-friendly survey options like Facebook messenger, WhatsApp etc. Finally someone has addressed the challenge of slow customer feedback!

The entire set up right from the sign up to dashboard access was easy. Additionally, we saved a lot of time and effort after using Merren. We could automate the CX dashboards. Our executives can now easily view dashboard insights at any point of time. We could also access all the real-time customer insights.

Merren offers a 14 day free trial. I feel that this trial period is too short to explore all their features

I was going through the Merren software to use its features. I was only using the trial version. I could create a few messenger and email surveys in a few clicks. You can replicate the feedback forms and create a survey for different channel. Interesting enough, the chatbot is equally fast.

The trial version has limited usage. One cannot access all the functions in the free version.

Some integrations needs assistance from Merren team. Would be cool if it's entirely possible to do it without CX help - they are quick to respond, but I prefer doing things by myself

Really easy to setup a survey. I like that I can run the surveys on WhatsApp. This is the fastest way to get respondents to reply to a survey

Some learning is required in the beginning but once you know your way around, it becomes easy
