Collecting feedbck fromcustomers is such a headech, they never share feedback. Always took long time to check mails and cilikng on link in mail to provide detailed feedback, it was time cosuming for them. But Merren helped us to create feedback forms and surveys with customised templates ans share it with our customers on quick platforms like whatsapp. Now we are receing more responces tham previous. Merren has the AI-powered survey builder. It can create instant and engaging surveys in a few clicks. 2. We customized the AI survey template and published it among our customers. We got really high completion rates. We were also looking for a multilingual translation feature. Merren has the automated translation feature for surveys. Now that was a bonus!
