What do you like best about Mercer?

It's tool is easy to use and user friendly. Employee are able to submit claims and queries easily on their tool. Customer service really good. Also, it has improved the customer experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercer?

The response is sometimes late. There can be a user guide added to the app or website to make is easier for first time user. Mercer being a big brand charges hight cost which can be reduced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
