Employee are able to submit claims and queries easily on their tool. Customer service really good. Also, it has improved the customer experience **What do you dislike about Mercer?** The response is sometimes late. There can be a user guide added to the app or website to make is easier for first time user. Mercer being a big brand charges hight cost which can be reduced **Recommendations to others considering Mercer:** You should provide all your requirements and do additional testing initially **What problems is Mercer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Merver has solved multiple issues related to employees claims and benefits services. It has provided one shop stop for all query related to benefits for the employee. ### 2. Consultants are helpful as well when we need additional engagement. **What do you dislike about Mercer?** Nothing negative to report. I have used other salary benchmark providers and Mercer is one of the best. **Recommendations to others considering Mercer:** Mercer is a good choice for salary benchmark data. There are specific industries that they have the strongest data for so do your research before committing to a provider, but I have found them to be the most comprehensive compared to competitors. **What problems is Mercer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Mercer for salary benchmark data. They help us to understand the global talent market and pay competitively. ### 3. The Mercer Benchmark Database is one of my go-to surveys to price jobs. I have a high confidence in Mercer's data since their surveys typically have a lot of participants. They also have specialized survey offerings that can provide data for specific jobs. **What do you dislike about Mercer?** I do not have any complains to share about Mercer. **Recommendations to others considering Mercer:** Whether you're looking for general or job-specific compensation data, Mercer is a sound bet if you're looking for strong and reliable market information. I have been using Mercer's survey data for several years, and I am comfortable recommending their compensation surveys to potential customers. **What problems is Mercer solving and how is that benefiting you?** My organization is able to use Mercer's surveys to help ensure our employees are paid fairly and competitively. Mercer is also actively engaged in the compensation community. They attend conferences, host webinars, and speak at various events to help me stay engaged and informed on hot topics and industry trends. As an employee, I am able to see the full details of everything I am offered in a way that is easy to read and easy to comprehend. **What do you like best about Mercer?** It's modern design and interface makes it easy to use, but is also easy on the eyes. Reading through documents to find the best plan that fits your needs becomes a pain free task. **What do you dislike about Mercer?** There are some bugs here and there, but certainly nothing that would be considered a deal breaker. **Recommendations to others considering Mercer:** If you do not have many benefit options within your company, another software may do. But Mercer Marketplace should certainly be in the running. ### 9.
