Extremely glitch and unreliable. Rarely functioned properly for us. It had issues generating contracts, pulling rates, you name it. The support was terrible. It's a two-man operation with a very rude and unprofessional owner behind it all. He'd rather argue about glitches than just fix them. After looking for a replacement provider, we realized just how over priced MenuSys actually is which is shocking of how elementary of a program it is. They have very limited integration with DMS providers as well. Our DMS will not integrate with them. Every time we mentioned their name as to who we used for our menus - the response was always the same - Who!? I've never heard of them? Which then translated into them not integrating with them. The design of the program is very poor as well. It looks like a DOS program. We limped along with them far too long and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
