What do you like best about Mentorink?

I like the scheduling and rescheduling options on Mentorink, as well as the chat and notes features. The platform allows me to manage communication with my mentee quickly and update if required. It's easy to access and makes it easy to get in touch with mentees. I also appreciate the ease of taking notes. The initial setup was very easy, which added to the overall convenience. What do you dislike about Mentorink?

I think the notification features and reminders could be improved. It would be better if there was deeper calendar access so we could see each other's availabilities in advance before scheduling any meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meeting environment needs improvement.

- When you are in the meeting and you click on something in the window, the meeting closes and you have to enter again. Very disturbing and disrupts the meeting flow.

A common problem in medical studies is the uncertainty in career planning and access to practical experience. What do you like best about Mentorink?

It has a logical flow. Turkish language support is good. It is easy to access environments where we can take notes. Educational videos are very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mentorink?

- Online video calls are better on mobile, but they need to be improved.

- It would be good if the system looked at how many videos were watched and scored the user. These areas are left free to the user.

- It would be good to include educational documents next to the videos in terms of always having access to information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It made my whole mentoring meeting process so much easier"

What do you like best about Mentorink?

I used the Mentorink platform for the TEV mentoring program. It met all my expectations. I was able to keep track of meetings and take notes through the platform, and our meeting rooms opened on time so we could have our mentor session. It was a great experience as a whole.
