**What do you like best about Mentor Spaces?**

I really appreciate that Mentor Spaces was built from the ground up with an awareness of and specific tools for supporting DEI initiatives and ensuring that BIPOC students and employees are connected to high-quality career mentors.

**What do you dislike about Mentor Spaces?**

There are some additional features that are being rolled out now that should enable teams to get value from the platform rather than rolling out to an entire org.

**What problems is Mentor Spaces solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Mentor Spaces we can ensure that every new hire (and prospective intern in our pipeline) is connected to a great mentor from within our company. That's just game changing.
