Firstly, the customer service team is one of the most interactive and helpful teams I have come across. They are always glad to help out with questions and work things out.

Next, the dashboard is much easier to navigate and use. There is no guesswork involved in trying to find where particular analytics would be, The user experience helps take any guesswork out.

And, of course, the analytics. Who would have thought that social media would be able to give out soo much information about one's brand and help better understand their demographics?

There are a couple of things that would help make things better.

Mainly, it's the Mentions quota. Mentionlytics work so well that it eats up the mentions quota for the month in no time. It would be very helpful if there is such a mechanism to help control them.

Secondly, adding on the first point, The tool will be on point if a user has the ability to give a restriction on mentions for particular keywords. This will greatly help control the mentions quota.

Mentionlytics has its quirks. We're constantly running out of mentions like a kid running out of candy on Halloween. Even after levelling up like some digital Super Mario, the mention count still leaves you thirsty for more. Plus, sometimes, it gets a bit over-enthusiastic, repeating mentions like a parrot on a caffeine kick. Not always the most relevant mentions, but hey, nobody's perfect.
