the part I dislike is when I am trying to schedule, and it shows me all pink or its white, and I schedule and then finds out it didn't load right, or something but this doesn't happen too often Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mend is user-friendly and does not have huge technology requirements. It allows us to reach patients with our services who, for a variety of reasons, would be unable to access our services. This has certainly been true during the pandemic, but also will continue to be true once quarantine has been lifted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much comes to mind. There are a few times when Mend does not work, which can be frustrating for provider and patient. However, Mend is quick to fix the problem, and their customer service has been excellent. Though the tech requirements are minimal, there are still patients who do not have access to the tech requirements, which means we cannot reach them via this method.
