There's nothing I don't like about this app. Everything works fine and is easily usable. Best quality for what we're dealing with. I've never had a problem with Mend. What do you like best about Mend?

Mend allows me to stay in the comfort of my home. I can clearly communicate with my doctor just as if I was sitting in her office. There is no lagg or interference during the call and theres always a clear picture. It is extremely easy to use. It gives you clear instructions to follow for testing your device. I've used Mend many times and it's always been wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mend?

When you click on the link to log in it asks for your DOB to verify who you are. Sometimes, even though I entered it correctly it tells me the DOB doesn't match their records. I'm always able to close out of it and click back on the link and get logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
