**What do you like best about MemberMax?**

Some of the functions are seamless. Reports are helpful. The sign up process for our members needed an update and MemberMax did that for us. The administrative site is easy to use, key word - use, does not mean half of it will work like you specifically need it to.

**What do you dislike about MemberMax?**

More often than not,  if you cannot find a certain stat, report, number, count, status, etc.. there is a workaround. I can count on my hand how many times I've been told "Oh here it is", can't say the same for all the times I've been told "you have to pull two reports and merge them, you have to do the math manually, unfortunately you just have to keep an eye on that error". Not to mention, their customer service is only responsive for the smaller things. Good luck getting a timely response for the big projects that actually mean something to you.

**What problems is MemberMax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It streamlines a few things, but it offsets with the issues it does cause.

**What do you like best about MemberMax?**

Very helpful when we originally integrated our old database to MemberMax. They have continued to be helpful as we change and grow our needs. Quick response to requests. Many staff have been there a long time, so that makes it easier to talk about our particular uses.

**What do you dislike about MemberMax?**

Lack of written training and user documentation. Makes it harder to train new staff.

**What problems is MemberMax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing member data and integrating accounting. Has saved us some time by avoiding cuplication.

Can't think of a single thing that I like about this platform.

**What do you dislike about MemberMax?**

Not flexible. All functionalities are "workarounds". Terrible customer service. Project managers aren't capable of sticking to timelines.

Don't do it.

MemberMax has not solved any business problems, only created them.

**What do you like best about MemberMax?**

Can manage a membership database and a conference database in the same system. Seamlessly adds members as conference attendees.Can maintain items for sale, conference passes, special items and membership payments.

**What do you dislike about MemberMax?**

Not up-to-date with newest and most wanted conference technologies. Not user-friendly and not asthetically pleasing. One task can take up to 25 mouse clicks. 

**Recommendations to others considering MemberMax:**

Completes simple tasks in an antiquated fashion. A single task can be very time comsuming.

**What problems is MemberMax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a software to both manage membership and conferences.
