Some of the functions are seamless. Reports are helpful. The sign up process for our members needed an update and MemberMax did that for us. The administrative site is easy to use, key word - use, does not mean half of it will work like you specifically need it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More often than not, if you cannot find a certain stat, report, number, count, status, etc.. there is a workaround. I can count on my hand how many times I've been told "Oh here it is", can't say the same for all the times I've been told "you have to pull two reports and merge them, you have to do the math manually, unfortunately you just have to keep an eye on that error". Not to mention, their customer service is only responsive for the smaller things. Good luck getting a timely response for the big projects that actually mean something to you.
