No more "I thought that I'd booked it" or "Let's just grab this room - and then have to move 5 min later". A huge plus is the nice design of the tablet and the app itself - it makes the office look much nicer and techy. Well worth the money! + Easy to install + Easy to administrate + Nice design + Easy to use + Quick-book feature when you are on the fly and need an office for 15-30min **What do you dislike about Meetio?** In some rare cases we have needed to restart a device, but that is more or less standard with tablets overall. Would like to be able to use the calendar view in the tablet to point at a time and then schedule. Now you have to click a New meeting and set a time and then you can not see when things are free in that room. **Recommendations to others considering Meetio:** Great product that fulfills all needs when it comes to meeting room administration. This to a fraction of the cost in comparison to other providers. **What problems is Meetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The classic book an internal room issue where rooms are double-booked, people who haven't book occupied the room and you get in-efficient meetings ### 2. They also offer free live trials/demo. **What problems is Meetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** For those looking for a platform to utilize throughout the company, this is a good solution for that as it is fairly easy to use and it isn't to hard to load (no lag on my end). ### 3. The staff at Meetio are prompt with responses and very helpful throughout the research, purchasing, and deployment process. **What do you dislike about Meetio?** I do wish there was a bit more customization regarding the visual layout of the panels. A web-based "preview" option would also be helpful to see how information is populated and displayed on a "virtual panel" prior to deployment. **What problems is Meetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have several study spaces scattered across campus that are available on first-come, first-served basis. Prior to deploying Meetio Room we had to real way of gauging how often these spaces are being used. Meetio Room will help our campus understand the demand for personal study spaces, large conference rooms, and smaller huddle spaces so we can better utilize the spaces we have available on campus. ### 5. Admin portal is well-designed and simplifies management of multiple devices by allowing for logical grouping of hardware by location. **What do you dislike about Meetio?** While Meetio is available as a stand-alone app, their business model appears to be more focused on bundling hardware of their choice with the software license. I found that sourcing my own hardware provided the same three-year warranty for the device and cost significantly less. **Recommendations to others considering Meetio:** Don't waste time with Evoko! **What problems is Meetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Meetio is a great tool to manage conference room occupancy. Colored indicator lights allow for visual management of rooms and the intuitive interface allows for booking of an available room by simply touching the screen. We have been very impressed by the data collected and displayed in the analytics module of the admin portal. The visuals are easy to understand and provide exceptional insight in regards to the actual utilization of conference room areas. In addition, you will learn how many impromptu meetings take place and how many meetings exceed their scheduled time. ### 6. Happy for the most part **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2020 **What do you like best about Meetio?** I like the web interface for interacting with the pods. **What do you dislike about Meetio?** Several things - Wish there was a way to manage the android devices remotely like making changes to the wireless settings on the devices. - Would like to be able to move devices between organization units within our organization without needing to reach out to Meetio. - Would like a way to export statistics to a .csv file or similar format - Statistics calculations show incorrect calculations, for example it shows 100% of meetings are scheduled however the number of scheduled meetings are 1519 out of 1520. That is not 100%. You need to take into consideration these factors and in your stats show maybe less than 1% for booked on screen in this case and 99%+ for scheduled meetings. I can understand not wanting to show digital percentages, but showing 100% when it isn't is confusing as well. **What problems is Meetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use them in various areas on campus. One of the larger areas is in our Library Learning Commons to assist students with scheduling collaboration spaces. ### 7. From the administrative perspective the software present pretty useful capabilities which makes the implementation very easy. From the end user perspective the adoption is very high since most of the work is done by integration with the existind calendas system. **What do you dislike about Meetio?** Maybe it could get more languages in the app. **Recommendations to others considering Meetio:** Give a try and test it. You would think using a calendar and booking rooms and resources is pretty straight forward and understandable, yet there are still people that do not bother to look and check a room's availability and would rather inconvenience others. Meetio solves that so simply, gone are the days of someone saying" Oh I didn't know you had a meeting in here" Or someone's meeting lasting longer than it should. It's as simple as reading a stop light, red, yellow, and green! **What do you dislike about Meetio?** My only complaint is I wish there was a table top device that does the same thing as the tablet, sometimes when in a meeting you cant bother to check the tablet outside the window, some sort of reminder on the table would be nice. **What problems is Meetio solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product really helped people to be more conscious and proactive of meeting rooms and resources. ### 9.
