"Excellent Mandarin Support and Audio Recording Features"
What do you like best about MeetGeek?

Capable of note-taking and audio recording, with robust support for Mandarin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeetGeek?

As a nonprofit with a limited budget, we were wondering if there might be an opportunity to use this service free of charge and act as a testing partner. If it works well for us, we’d be glad to help promote it within our community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Features Fall Short Without Support; Pricing Not Small Business Friendly"
What do you like best about MeetGeek?

Does, mostly, what it says it does, records meetings, creates transcripts, and picks out highlights. It's also an EU based company, which is a key decision point for us. Also, has been easy to access customer support quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeetGeek?

We paid up to access features we needed, but they didn't work without speaking with customer service/tech team. (I'm still waiting for a key feature to work correctly after 2 weeks, for example) Plan tiers also don't really help small businesses who can't afford some things, but need the extra help. Wish it was smart enough to use spelling the names of the meeting members in the meeting transcripts too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
