**What do you like best about Meetcode?**

The ability to record video questions in advance and let the candidates record their answers whenever they want is a feature I like. This reduces conflicts with patients’ schedules and enables me to meet a population of applicants.

**What do you dislike about Meetcode?**

As for the reporting features incorporated in the Meetcode, they can be regarded as rather limited. The reports are a little limited and could do with being rolled out a bit more in as far as specific hiring analysis is concerned.

**What problems is Meetcode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I agree with the author of the article, and based on my experience, Meetcode has been a great boost for my team’s hiring process . This enables us to prioritize the most suitable candidates and ensure proper hiring is done.
