"Inappropriate use of Taxpayers dollsrs"

What do you like best about MedLink?

Nothing, system has yet to go online for the two companies I work for...has loop holes, which makes it worthless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MedLink?

it's just another way of tracking workers. Misuse of tax dollars, something Medicaid is coming up with to justify funds in their budget. It doesn't do anything...a waste. It has too many loop holes that makes it worthless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MedLink:

All we need is I pass just like nurses, with GPS tracking...it will make everything paperless, or almost paperless. Data can go directly to Medicaid or Medicare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MedLink solving and how is that benefiting you?

None, it is a tracking system to accurately show that field PCA, CNA, ETC. are arriving to provide services and what time and what day. Agencies are trying to make sure they get paid for all hours and minutes that the workers are providing services. It was schedule to go online for the two companies that I work for in September, but didn't. Now it's schedule for November yet many have not received their equipment yet. "Problematic to Use, But STILL Better than Many"

What do you like best about MedLink?

I think it is simpler to navigate than many of the more common systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MedLink?

It's VERY glitchy, so time consuming. Tech support was outsourced, a big negative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
