They made empty promises, and the software couldn't be improved. After 4 months of usage, it was still not helpful, and they just kept telling us everything will be fixed while only delaying time. Doctors can be able to access the patient data at any place as long as they are able to access the software. The patient information is well stipulated . **What do you dislike about Meditab?** Sometimes it may take few minutes to load especially if u are trying to access huge file at once, thus if you are in hurry it my slightly inconvenience you. The software has some features that we don't use frequently or may even never use. And it lacks some feature that we may need. **What problems is Meditab solving and how is that benefiting you?** Access of patient data and recording of it is one of the greatest benefit the software has offered ### 7. Scanning and uploading documents was really easy. This platform was easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Meditab?** There were a lot of technical problems. it seemed at least someone in my clinic was on the phone with IT at some point or another. The system froze a lot. **What problems is Meditab solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our clinic flow improved greatly with the implementation of this software. We were using 2 systems before and this replaced both of them, thus being more efficient. ### 9. Different colors for different types of appointments to make the schedule easy to glance over. **What do you dislike about Meditab?** The system is slow and crashes a lot. If your pc isn’t up to date on things like java it will be very slow. **Recommendations to others considering Meditab:** Have at least two windows open at all times so you can toggle between screens without slowing the system down. **What problems is Meditab solving and how is that benefiting you?** Patient portal is linked with the EMR so we can interact easily with patients ### 10. It takes quite a bit of time to edit and make new templates, and the software makes it cumbersome to edit the little details in the note. **What problems is Meditab solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the documents and notes you’ll ever find on a patient will be saved in this software, and there is ease to finding them as long as they’re labeled correctly. I cannot speak on behalf of billing, but it is also used in this software. ### 11. The problem is that these features are useless when they aren't configured by the right people, and it costs quite a bit to get the right people to do it. **What do you dislike about Meditab?** The user interface is complicated and ugly with multiple windows needing to be navigated in order to complete one task. The configuration is convoluted and redundant making for a slow tedious workflow. There are lots of places to add chart information, but it's all designed in a way that makes it not very user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Meditab:** If you must go with the IMS software, spend extra on a full service implementation/configuration from the reseller. But if you're looking for something user friendly, keep looking! **What problems is Meditab solving and how is that benefiting you?** This would solve the requirements of the EHR incentive program, IF it's configured properly and you have a lot of time and money to invest in set up and integration with various applications. However, this cost our company a lot of money with no return on investment. ### 12. The Windows feel is easy to comprehend and get a hang of. There are a lot of working parts to this system and it is easy to mess something up if you don't know what you're doing. **What do you dislike about Meditab?** I do not like the billing and collections side. Posting money is easy but it's not functional.
