I don't like the horrible customer and technical services. They made empty promises, and the software couldn't be improved. After 4 months of usage, it was still not helpful, and they just kept telling us everything will be fixed while only delaying time. The most amazing thing about IMS by meditab software is, the software is inclusive of all things that a medical doctor would like to have regarding the patient just by a click. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to load, especially if you are trying to access a huge file at once, thus if you are in a hurry it may slightly inconvenience you. A separate software for pulling medications that’s linked to IMS, SureScripts, consistently loses server connection and does not work much of the time.
