This product saves me time and captures a strong level of detail. I also appreciate that the features are constantly evolving, with regular updates that keep improving the product. The AI chatbot that helps create templates is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally it’s buggy. Every now and then it doesn’t record, but that doesn’t happen often. It also occasionally mixes up patients, although this is easily fixed with the regenerate button. I use CoVet for recording and transcribing appointments, composing medical and surgical records, summarizing results and medical history, and quickly composing emails and responses. It helps me utilize my time better so I can focus on my patients. The software is user-friendly and has a large use case. It has saved me hundreds/thousands of hours. Being at a busy clinic, it's easy to forget things. CoVet allows me to be OK to let go and focus on my current task if things get busy, because the notes are recorded and ready. I'm almost never late to leave work thanks to CoVet. It’s still not perfect. The notes I really want have improved, but it’s still a work in progress. At times some notes are too brief, others too detailed. Also, I need it to integrate with my software (Woofware) for better efficiency, since the objective part of SOAP takes a long time right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think CoVet is definitely time-saving since I don't spend as much time doing paperwork as I used to, even with my pretty involved cases. I do like the fact that we can call owners, and it's recorded and written for you, so you don't have to spend more time discussing recommendations and re-writing them, which is time-consuming to do otherwise. Sometimes it doesn't hear as well, so we don't always get the perfect transcription of what we say. Also, the PDFs aren't always read and summarized on our soaps, even though it's selected in the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about CoVet is the ease with which the platform allows me to move from my cell phone to the desktop, to the operating system that we use in the clinic, which is Cornerstone. It's also very easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is probably something that I just need to work on, but the templates are sometimes a little bit variable. So sometimes if I'm very used to a certain template style like a soap template style, then sometimes the configuration changes, and I'm not sure what I've done differently in that time, resulting in a different outlook or setup.
