I also appreciate that the features are constantly evolving, with regular updates that keep improving the product. The AI chatbot that helps create templates is great **What do you dislike about CoVet?** Occasionally it’s buggy. Every now and then it doesn’t record, but that doesn’t happen often. It also occasionally mixes up patients, although this is easily fixed with the regenerate button. I just wish there were a regenerate feature for the dental chart as well. **What problems is CoVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** TIME SAVING. It captures details that support patient care and helps us remember to send estimates and any additional information patients need. I spend less time writing notes, which means more time with patients and more time at home with my family. It also helps reduce missed charges, which for a small independent practice, is super important. ### 2. It helps me utilize my time better so I can focus on my patients. The software is user-friendly and has a large use case. The transcribing feature is great, even when dealing with people who have heavy accents or switch between languages. The initial setup was very easy. **What do you dislike about CoVet?** The constant updates are annoying - every time I open CoVet, it wants to update. I understand it is constantly improving, but this can be a hindrance. **What problems is CoVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CoVet for recording and transcribing appointments, composing records, summarizing results, and quick communication. Being at a busy clinic, it's easy to forget things. CoVet allows me to be OK to let go and focus on my current task if things get busy, because the notes are recorded and ready. I'm almost never late to leave work thanks to CoVet. **What do you dislike about CoVet?** It’s still not perfect. The notes I really want have improved, but it’s still a work in progress. At times some notes are too brief, others too detailed. Also, I need it to integrate with my software (Woofware) for better efficiency, since the objective part of SOAP takes a long time right now. **What problems is CoVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm told integration is a work in progress. I'd like faster results - audio should upload much faster so SOAP can generate also much faster. ### 4. I do like the fact that we can call owners, and it's recorded and written for you, so you don't have to spend more time discussing recommendations and re-writing them, which is time-consuming to do otherwise. CoVet offers a really effective way of communication. **What do you dislike about CoVet?** Sometimes it doesn't hear as well, so we don't always get the perfect transcription of what we say. Also, the PDFs aren't always read and summarized on our soaps, even though it's selected in the settings. **What problems is CoVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoVet saves me time on paperwork, handles client communications and callbacks efficiently. It streamlines processes, which is crucial as my cases are pretty involved. ### 5. It's also very easy to set up. **What do you dislike about CoVet?** This is probably something that I just need to work on, but the templates are sometimes a little bit variable. So sometimes if I'm very used to a certain template style like a soap template style, then sometimes the configuration changes, and I'm not sure what I've done differently in that time, resulting in a different outlook or setup. **What problems is CoVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoVet allows me to put into the record the information shared with the client and generated on the patient. ### 6. I find the SOAP notes feature particularly useful because it's thorough and really helps in saving time. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. **What do you dislike about CoVet?** Sometimes we have trouble with spelling, and it might not catch all of our notes, so we have to make sure that we review them. **What problems is CoVet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CoVet for soap notes in appointments and surgery discharge. It saves a lot of time and reduces human error.
