**What do you like best about MediaVault?**

Indexing and recall are best in bread!  Recordings are stored in Amizon's AWS Simple Storage Service (S3) providing a secure (AES-256 encryption) that is highly scalable.

**What do you dislike about MediaVault?**

Nothing of note so far.  Everything works as outlined by the company, which is extremely easy to do business with and caters to their customer needs.

**What problems is MediaVault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to easily recall messages as well as other media transactions for review.  The user interface is simple and powerful enough to search hundreds of thousands of records quickly and efficiently.
