I think the most helpful thing about Mediafly Engagement360 is how customizable the workspaces are. The content can be organized in an easy to use way with workspaces that look nice for sharing with customers. The support we receive through Support Tickets and our CSC is great too! One downside of Engagement360 as someone in marketing on the administration side is that Airship can be clunky to use sometimes. I love how customizable the workspaces are. Being able to put all of a client's documents in 1 place makes sharing so much easier. Rather than sending documents as attachments or sharing google links, they can just bookmark their mediafly workspace and come back to it again and again. This completely eliminates the issue of losing things in your inbox or having to resend something. And I can't forget about the insights. One of the downsides of mediafly is the time it takes to upload and process files. When creating folders and uploading items there is quite a bit of processing time.
